Prince Royal Residence

Corte Madera, CA

The Prince Royal remodel began as a practical desire to create a new family room and bedroom over an enlarged garage. Located in Corte Madera, California, this residence was one of many built in the 1960’s and in need of updating.

From the start, the collaboration with the client resulted in a complete team effort as we worked to incorporate some of the materials that the client had envisioned, such as Corten steel siding and stainless steel railings.

The broad windows and indoor / outdoor design made the most of the Mt. Tamalpais views available to several rooms in the house. Our construction arm, Form Design Build, refined the design and budget to create a unique project that was substantially completed in under 6 months.
